Pastor Rayfield Boyd Jr. of The Winning Church South “The South” in Perry, Georgia is one of today’s most dynamic and anointed leaders in the middle Georgia area. He is the Pastor of The Winning Church South (TWCS) in Perry, Georgia. TWCS is a growing and thriving ministry and community with people who love God and love God’s people. This Pastor and author has labored tirelessly in preaching the Word of God for over 20 years. Since receiving the call of God in 2001, he has put his hands to the ministerial plow and has not looked back. Pastor Boyd preaches with conviction and his unique message is one of deliverance. Deliverance always shines through in his dynamic messages. Pastor Boyd attended Central Florida University in Orlando, Florida but would later receive his Bachelor’s Degree from Middle Georgia State University (formerly Macon State College) in Information Technology. Although he has a love for education, it was his love for God that compelled him to become diligent in his study of the Word of God. Upon completion of ministerial training, Pastor Boyd was ordained as a Minister at Christian Fellowship Church, Warner Robins, Georgia where he served as Choir Director and Praise and Worship Leader for over 10 years. He also served as an Associate Minister and later an Elder of the church. On February 16, 2012, Pastor Boyd was installed as Pastor of Christian Fellowship Church South in Perry, Georgia. Pastor Boyd learned all of his leadership skills from his spiritual father in the faith, Dr. Harvey Bee, Pastor of The Winning Church. Pastor Boyd is united in covenant with his wife (Lady April Boyd) for over 25 years. They have two wonderful children, Ronald and Memorie. Pastor Boyd truly believes that the love of God is for everyone and anyone who is willing.
APRIL BOYD
FIRST LADY
April Denise Boyd is the First Lady of The Winning Church South (TWCS) in Perry, Georgia. Lady Boyd has given her life to the ministry of helping people. She has a zeal for God and it is evident by the way she lives her life. Lady Boyd has a unique style all her own when she is delivering the Word of God and she lives her life to the fullest. She is also a talented dance choreographer and has been the Judah Praise Dance Leader at TWC for over 14 years. She has been sharing her talent ministering in praise dance and facilitating dance workshops all over the state of Georgia from Atlanta to Unadilla. She has established dance ministries in churches all over the country. Compelled for further ministry, Lady Boyd also has a gift of speaking in the lives of women. Her unique personality is well suited for the Kingdom Women of today who are seeking God’s best. Lady Boyd has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology. Lady Boyd received a certification as a Dance Instructor and Dance Studio Owner from the International Association of Professions Career College (IAP) in June of 2022. She is currently the owner and dance instructor of “Dancing With Purpose”. She is also a gifted and talented Kindergarten teacher at The Winning Academy in Warner Robins Ga where they are raising champions for Christ. Her passion is ministry. You can always find her giving her best to God in whatever she does. Lady April Boyd is united in covenant with her husband Pastor Rayfield Boyd Jr. of almost 23 years. They have two wonderful children, Ronald and Memorie. She truly believes that marriage should be: permanent, pleasurable, and a picture of Christ. Lady April Boyd is the epitome of a woman with Godly character and virtue!
DOCTRINAL STATEMENT
The concept of the establishment of The Winning Church is rooted inProverbs 11:30, “The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.” Easy To Read Version: What good people produce is like a life-giving tree. Those who are wise give new life to others. We believe everyone has the potential to become a new creature in Christ. Therefore, we take the opportunity to attempt to win as many as the Lord allows. The key word is “Winning.” Winning derives from the Greek word Epitychis, attractive, taking, inviting, catching, successful, felicitous. We believe that God desires His saints to win (niki) in every aspect of life. Jesus won even on Calvary and defeated death!The Winning Church believes in the gifts of the Spirit. We believe gifts are not talents, not offices, not ministries, and not fruit. A gift in short is a Spirit given ability for Christian service. Thus we believe there are two categories of gifts: ministering gifts and supernatural gifts of the Spirit.Ephesians 4:11-12 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some pastors and some teachers;For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.Romans 12:6-8 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, [let us prophesy] according to the proportion of faith; or ministry, [let us wait] on [our] ministering: or he that teacheth, [let him do it] with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.1 Peter 4:9 Use hospitality one to another without grudging.1 Corinthians 12:4-11 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another [divers] kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues; But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
1 Corinthians 12:28 And God hath set some in the church first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
MINISTERING GIFTS
Apostles—those spiritually gifted to establish ministries.
Prophets—those spiritually gifted to speak forth God’s commandments, laws and judgments.
Evangelists—those spiritually gifted to share the good news of Christ with simplicity.
Pastors—those spiritually gifted to oversee, care for, feed and guide the flocks of God.
Teachers—those spiritually gifted to explain and instruct others in the ways of God.
Giving—a spirit of freely giving; with delight, with love and simplicity.
Government (ruleth) - gift of leadership
Helps—the Spirit given ability to serve the church in any supporting role.
Hospitality—the ability to provide an open house and warm welcome for those in need of food and lodging.
Mercy—the Spirit guided ability to manifest practical, compassionate, cheerful love toward suffering members of the body of Christ.
Exhortation—the ability to come alongside to help to strengthen the weak, reassure the wavering.
SUPERNATURAL GIFTS
Word of Wisdom—the ability to apply the knowledge to vexing situations, to weigh their true nature to exercise spiritual insight into the rightness or wrongness of a complex state of affairs.
Word of Knowledge—the gift which enables the believer to search, systematize, and summarize the teachings of the Word of God.
Faith—a Spirit given ability to see something that God wants done and to sustain unwavering confidence that God will do it regardless of seemingly insurmountable obstacles.
Healing—the ability to intervene in a supernatural way as an instrument for curing illness and the restoration of health.
Working of Miracles—an event of supernatural power, palpable to the senses accompanying the servant of the Lord to authenticate divine commission.
Prophecy—speaking the mind of God by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit; literally a flowing forth from God. (Note: prophecy also can mean preaching or proclaiming the truth under the anointing of God).
Discerning of Spirits—a special ability to distinguish between the Spirit of truth and the spirit of error.
Tongues—a Spirit given ability of speaking as to edify oneself or the Church body.
Interpretation of Tongues—the ability to translate by someone who does not know the language. In the case of ecstatic utterances, the gift would be to interpret the non linguistic sounds.
Statement of Faith
We believe the bible to be the inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God.We believe that there i s one true God eternally existent in three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost.We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal future return to this earth in power and glory to rule over the nations.We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ.We believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit i s absolutely essential for personal salvation.We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross, provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer.We believe in living by faith i.e.,"...the just shall live by faith ..." - "without faith it is impossible to please God."We believe in the indwelling (1 Corinthians 6:19, 20), empowering (Acts 1:8), filling (Ephesians 5:18), and baptism (Acts 2:4) of the Holy Spirit as evidence by a changed lifestyle (2 Corinthians 5:17), a renewed mind (Romans 12:2) and spiritual growth (2

Overview
The Winning Church South History
Christian Fellowship Church South started as a vision that was put in Bishop Harvey B. Bee's heart many years ago. But it wasn't until the Lord planted this vision into Elder Rayfield Boyd's heart to start a ministry, that the vision began to materialize. With the Pastoral calling in his heart, Elder Rayfield Boyd Jr. started inquiring of the Lord on the direction he should go in order to make the vision of starting a ministry come to pass. It was pressed on Elder Boyd's heart not to disconnect from the ministry that had been so influential in his growth, but to extend the ministry as well as venture out into a new area. As a result, Christian Fellowship Church South was born out of Christian Fellowship Church in Warner Robins, GA.With the Lord's direction, Elder and Lady Boyd set to find a location where CFCS would have their worship services. The Lord led them to the facility that would eventually become CFCS at 1305 Main. St. Perry Ga. With the spirit of excellence in mind, Bishop Harvey B. Bee and Elder Rayfield Boyd Jr. immediately started the renovation process and on February 19th, 2012 at 3pm, CFCS held their first service in their building. It was an installation service with their CFC family where Bishop Harvey B. Bee preached the message "Called to Serve" and installed Elder Rayfield Boyd Jr. and Lady April Boyd as Pastor and First Lady of CFCS. The following week, Pastor Boyd would preach his first message at CFCS entitled "The Love of Christ".CFCS would later change their name to The Winning Church South. TWCS is very unique in its development. The ministry runs independently from the location in Warner Robins, GA but is very much an extension of the vision and goal of TWC as a whole. TWCS started with 9 members that included the first family (Rayfield, April, Ronald, Memorie); the Boyd family (Dathan Sr., Salena, Jaeda, and Dathan Jr.), and Mother Jeannette Hill. The ministry has grown over the years to over 100 members.The Winning Church South has a vision to reach the Perry Community and the surrounding areas for the Kingdom of God! They have crafted many community events such as: a Free Car Wash and Breakfast; a free family and fun day for the community; a Community Church giveaway, and many evangelistic outreaches with the evangelism team. We are truly on the move for Christ! TWCS is expecting trememdous growth in the future and with the Lord's leading, will become a beacon of light for the city of Perry. We have 5 acres of land and we are planning great things.Led by the anointed teaching of Pastor Rayfield Boyd Jr., TWCS is on the fast track to soul winning for the Kingdom of God. As Pastor Boyd always says, "To God be the Glory for all the wonderful things He has done"! Look out Perry, make way for The Winning Church South!
